Shipping Destinations

ToyJoyCo currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States: 5–8 business days after processing. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 9–14 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, or address problems can cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. If tracking does not update for an extended period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to donghukstock@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order and before processing or fulfillment begins. Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled; however, they may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
